– Tools for greater agility

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Participant profile: managers and team members required to generate, develop, supervise or coordinate projects requiring agility.

  • Pre-requisites: no particular knowledge required; if all or part of the training takes place remotely, a suitable physical and technical environment is required (individual computer with webcam, broadband Internet, quiet area).

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS

In a complex and uncertain world (the famous VICA / volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment!), agility is undeniably an answer. But what lies behind this widely-used and sometimes overused term?

This training course, based on the ias.agora agile manifesto, is structured around 5 themes and 10 pillars.

The training will enable you to explore each of these pillars in greater depth, to understand them and assess your level of practice. Techniques and tools will then be taught and experimented on the pillars considered priorities by the trainees.

The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
