THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS
In a complex, fast-changing world, teams need to develop their ability to produce, together and continuously, many new solutions to the challenges they face, both in the company’s organization and in their markets.
That’s why we’ve designed this training course, based on Creative Problem Solving : a structured, easily customizable approach that encapsulates a powerful opening to the imaginary, while gearing it resolutely towards concrete production and rapid deployment.
Intuitive, spontaneous and fully equipped, this training course is designed to facilitate groups of 2 to 8 people in short, effective sessions.
The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
