THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS

In a world where alignment on a shared vision, decompartmentalization and collective emulation are vital, we too often hear that meetings and collective time are perceived as unproductive, ineffective or even a waste of time.

That’s why we’ve designed this training course to make the time we spend together more efficient and more productive, thanks to real facilitation.

It combines methods and postures, and is based on:
– The fundamentals of collective intelligence facilitation
– The best of agile practices
– The foundation of creative approaches

The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
