WHAT IS IT?
A pragmatic and operational training to master a concentration of methods and tools developed over the years to successfully conduct your creative workshops.
Based on Creative Problem Solving, it encapsulates a powerful opening to the imagination while resolutely orienting it towards concrete production and rapid deployment.
Intuitive, spontaneous, and fully equipped, this training is suited to facilitating groups of 2 to 8 people in short and effective sessions.
The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
WHY?
In a complex and rapidly changing digital world, teams need to develop their ability to continuously produce many new solutions together to meet the challenges they face, both within the company’s organization and in their markets.
At the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Propel an evolution of individual and collective creative postures
- Strengthen a supportive context of collective letting go
- Bring out powerful collective intelligence
Our robust methodology is complemented by a comprehensive set of tools. Together, they structure your sessions and install the key skills necessary for innovative and effective co-creations.
FOR WHOM?
Managers, and project team members – marketing, digital, R&I, HR, operations… – are involved in exploring, discovering, and developing new solutions and concepts, whether intended for your end users or internal clients.
No pre-requisites are required.
THE METHOD
An approach based on :
- The robust CPS (Creative Problem Solving) process, is particularly powerful thanks to its intuitive and versatile dimension.
- A new creative engine – called sensitive – allowing to go further in imagination compared to usual dynamic techniques like brainstorming.
- Situational exercises and experiments on concrete cases, to master the creative posture and different techniques. Theory is reduced to its simplest expression, in favor of a pedagogical mix combining application, observation, and feedback among participants.
THE BENEFITS
At the end of the training, participants will be autonomous to:
- Clarify the core of the problem
- Master the process steps
- Design a creative search session
- Mobilize participants in ‘table corner’ mode
- Create a creative climate
- Guide the group to transform ideas into concepts and solutions
- Bounce, decenter, open imagination, diverge and converge in sessions… and permanently!
TOOLS
A box to support the process: the créa.box© deploys around twenty techniques offering different creative detours, simple and powerful. The perfect support to pace and diversify your working groups.
All the equipment you need in a practical transport box
The “physical” créa.box© is accompanied by a “digital” créa.box©: a website offering educational videos of the different techniques to deepen your know-how over time.
