INNOV'ACTION TRAINING
- DESIGN THINKING AND IAS.A SPRINT
12h de formation pour se familiariser avec une méthode d’innovation centrée sur l’humain et le client final, pour faire émerger et développer des projets source de valeur.
This module can be organized in-house (with only your organization’s employees and on your real cases) or as a cross-company training.
It can be offered remotely and/or in person, with several possible schedules (1.5 continuous days, 3×0.5 days, etc.)
Watch the video below: Hélène Luong presents the Innov’action training program!
WHAT IS IT?
Inspiring, intuitive, and well-equipped, this Design Thinking training allows you to learn how to observe, brainstorm, prototype, pitch, and gather feedback to propose innovations that resonate with your target audiences’ aspirations.
Combining the Stanford D.School model with a powerful openness to imagination, this approach is profoundly empathetic.
The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
WHY?
In a complex and uncertain world, we are convinced that innovations—those audacious ideas that find their market—are the result of three complementary factors:
-
Being customer-centered, because understanding insights (both functional and emotional) and usage allows for creating value
-
Act quickly to bring ideas to life, because prototypes allow for collecting valuable and insightful feedback
-
Learn and iterate, because it is through adjustment and adaptation that the most accurate solutions are developed.
FOR WHOM?
Members of project teams—marketing, digital, R&I, HR, operations— involved in exploring, discovering, and developing new solutions and concepts, whether intended for your end-users or internal clients.
This Design Thinking course has no prerequisites.
THE METHOD
-
A structured and replicable Design Thinking process that is quickly mastered.
-
The power of empathy, and a new creative engine—said sensible—allows for a deeper exploration of imagination and richer client feedback in response to a prototype.
-
A significant emphasis on practical application, to experiment from different perspectives with empathetic and Maker postures by working on concrete cases. Theory is minimized in favor of a pedagogical mix combining practical application, observation, and feedback among participants.
ACHIEVEMENTS
