OPTI'MEETING TRAINING
- COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOPS
12 hours of training to transform your meetings into effective and participatory workshops, using the best practices of agility, creativity, and collective intelligence.
+ 1 follow-up/feedback point.
This module can be organized in-house (with only your organization’s employees and on your real cases) or as cross-company training.
It can be offered remotely and/or in person, with several possible schedules (1.5 continuous days, 3×0.5 days, etc.).
Watch the video below: Baptiste Talandier presents Opti’meeting training!
WHAT IS IT?
A training that combines methods and postures, to discover and practice various facilitation formats and techniques, both in-person and remotely… No more pointless meetings, make way for collective intelligence and productive meetings!
Based on the best agile, collaborative, and pedagogical practices, the training will help you develop your facilitator posture and acquire tools for the main types of meetings.
The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.
WHY?
- Make the time you spend together more efficient and stop feeling like you’re wasting your time
- Adapt tools and techniques to the environment (classroom, remote, or hybrid)
- Stop mixing purposes (discussing strategy in the middle of a synchronization meeting, having emotional regulation during a strategy meeting)
- Stop reactive responses (and no longer knowing what we are reacting to in the end…)
- Know when and why to prepare, or not, for a meeting.
“An effective meeting stimulates energy and collaboration. It allows everyone to contribute to the collective project. This is why structured processes and facilitation methods are essential to get the most out of our time together.” Stéphane Ely
