2.5 days of training to integrate a methodology for structuring and writing touching, impactful concepts with strong emotional resonance.

This course is offered on an in-company basis (using only employees from your organization, and based on your real-life cases), ideally face-to-face, with a sequence of 3 modules spread over a month (1 day + 1 day + 0.5 day / with inter-session work).

LEARNING OBJECTIVES :

– Assimilate a method and techniques for generating conceptual ideas with a rich imagination

– Developing and structuring concepts with a sensitive approach to formalization

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Participant profile: managers and project team members involved in the exploration, discovery and development of new solutions and concepts, whether aimed at consumers/end-users or internal customers.

  • Pre-requisites: no particular knowledge required; if all or part of the training takes place remotely, a suitable physical and technical environment is required (individual computer with webcam, broadband Internet, quiet area).

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS

In a world saturated with information and proposals, and marked by a chronic lack of time, a concept only makes an impression if it touches the heart. Mastering sensitive concept writing means acquiring the keys to giving an idea the emotional resonance and depth it needs to convince both internal decision-makers and the audience for which it is intended.

That’s why we’ve designed this training course, based on sensitive creativity and the art of bringing rational and emotional fields together in a structured, iterative approach.

Operational and fully equipped, this training course enables you to express your imagination, intuitions and sensations and encapsulate them in nuanced, subtle and impactful concepts.

The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.

THE PROGRAM

An experiential training course to discover and appropriate a method, techniques and tools… to bring out and formalize rich and touching concepts.

MODULE N°1 :

– Introducing and setting up the teaching dynamic

– Discover or recall the different components of a concept: insight, promise, reasons to believe, rational and emotional benefits.

– Step back from the links between sensitive creativity and concept structuring

– Case study: using various sensitive creativity techniques to express feelings and emotions

– Co-construction of the strategic and creative framework for the “red thread” subject (pedagogical frame and application to a real case)

– Launch of inter-sessional work

MODULE N°2 :

– Sharing the results of inter-session work

– Reinforcing big ideas with sensitive creativity techniques (pedagogical frame and case study)

– Structuring big ideas in the form of V1 concepts (pedagogical frame and case study)

– Empathic iteration of concepts (pedagogical frame and application to “red thread” case)

– Launch of inter-sessional work

MODULE N°3 :

– Sharing the results of inter-session work

– Preparing and carrying out an empathic experimentation session (pedagogical frame and application on the “fil rouge” case)

– Capitalization

– Take a step back from the lessons learned during training, and draw up an action plan to implement them.

A possible complementary element, depending on your challenges: integrating generative AI as a sparring partner in sensitive concept writing.

METHODS ASSESSMENT

For each training objective, trainees are asked to complete a questionnaire designed to determine the knowledge/skills they have acquired, those they are in the process of acquiring, and those they still need to acquire. Assessment is also based on the situational scenarios proposed during training.
