THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS

In an environment marked by uncertainty, hybrid work and teams in search of meaning, the manager’s role is becoming increasingly complex.

That’s why we’ve designed this training course to help you strengthen your managerial posture, structure your day-to-day practices and develop more effective, engaging and stimulating ways of working together.

– Facilitating teamwork: setting up methodical team-building and meeting rituals to encourage cohesion and collective efficiency.

– Empowerment: giving employees the power to act, to help them grow

The teachings of this training can be implemented both in person and remotely.

– Introducing and setting up the teaching dynamic

– The manager’s winning triptych: “me”, “others”, the “situation”.

– The pillars of management

– The AEC DISC model, for a better understanding of behavior

– Management styles: adapting your style to the employee and the situation

– How to delegate

– The art of “knowing how to say things”, to manage conflict situations and develop feedback skills

– The different types of group rituals, and the structuring methods needed to animate each of them.

– Take a step back from the lessons learned during training, and draw up an action plan to implement them.

METHODS
ASSESSMENT

For each training objective, trainees are asked to complete a questionnaire designed to determine the knowledge/skills they have acquired, those they are in the process of acquiring, and those they still need to acquire. Assessment is also based on the situational scenarios proposed during training.
