Challenge :
How to work effectively on corporate values in a context of change of ownership?… With 130 employees on board in 2 hours!
Accompaniment :
Workshop including interactions on Kahoot and generative AI, with 3 key sequences: interactive presentation and appropriation of values in plenary; construction of alignment matrices in business teams; reinforcement and visual expression of values.
Impact:
– Better understood, shared and illustrated values, the fruit of collective construction
– Operational guidelines for expressing values on a daily basis
– Strengthened team cohesion thanks to a moment of decompartmentalization, empathy and fun.
