Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.

This site has no forms, no customer area and no advertising trackers. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by writing or calling. Here, simply, is what we do with it.

Data we receive
When you contact one of the partners by email or telephone: your first and last name, your professional contact details (email address, telephone number, company, role) and the content of your message. We collect nothing else, and nothing without your knowledge.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and arrange a first conversation;
- To prepare and follow up on any collaboration (proposal, assessment, assignment).
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (GDPR articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f). We do not send you a newsletter or automated prospecting.
Who has access
The partners of IAS.AGORA, and they alone. Your data is neither sold, transferred nor rented. Our technical providers (site hosting with OVH in France, professional email service) access it only to keep their services running, under GDPR-compliant contracts.
For how long
Three years from our last exchange where the contact is not followed by a collaboration. Where there is a collaboration, for its full duration and then according to the applicable legal retention obligations.
Cookies and trackers
We measure the site’s audience with Google Analytics, and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns with Google Ads. Both tools place cookies on your device and send data to Google (pages viewed, source, device, truncated IP address). They are triggered only if you accept them: until you have clicked “Accept”, Google’s script is not loaded, no cookie is placed and your IP address is not transmitted to them. Declining leaves the site exactly as it is.
Your choice is kept for six months in your browser, and nowhere else. You can change it at any time through the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of every page: if you withdraw your consent, the cookies already placed by these tools are deleted. Google LLC adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs transfers outside the European Union.
Three technical points that apply regardless of that choice: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google’s servers when pages are displayed; the AI Innovation Box presentation video is hosted on YouTube — its thumbnail is loaded from YouTube’s servers, and the player (in its cookie-free version, youtube-nocookie.com) only loads if you click to start playback; finally, our host keeps connection logs (IP address, date, pages viewed) for security purposes, for the period set by regulation.
Your rights
At any time you may access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability. Simply write to us at contact@iasagora.com; we reply within one month. If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We implement proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure: access restricted to the partners, secure email and hosting, regular updates.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to keep pace with changes to the site or to regulation. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest version in force.
