A set of short training modules (2 hours), designed with you, allowing employees to create their path based on their specific needs. A badge system complements it to track and value the knowledge and skills acquired during the journey.

In concrete terms, the complete program is offered to employees. When a module is sufficiently filled, its design begins, and then it is delivered to employees via videoconference or in person.

Flex learning is a new approach to training, with small, practical segments, where the employee chooses their path based on their needs. Thus, they target the elements that interest them the most, and their time investment is limited.
